Staying in Lovina, Pemuteran or elsewhere in North Bali? Find out where to visit, how to prepare and what to ask about travel insurance documents.
Find us in Seririt
Our clinic is on Jl. R. Soeprapto No. 32, Seririt. Parking is available in front of the clinic.
Travellers from Lovina, Pemuteran and nearby areas can visit without an appointment. Registration opens at 07:00 every day, doctors begin seeing patients at 08:00 and the last registration is at 20:00. Hotel and home visits are planned for early 2027; until that service opens, care is available at the clinic. If you are unsure about your visit, contact the team before travelling.
Talk to our team
Our English-speaking team can help you understand the available services and plan your visit.
Tell the doctor what has been happening, when it started and whether you have taken any medicines. A nurse checks your vital signs, then the doctor examines you and talks through the next steps. Common concerns can be seen by a general practitioner, while tests or other treatment depend on the doctor's assessment. If you need hospital care, the clinic can help arrange a referral and transport.
Travel insurance documents
Pay at the clinic, then submit your claim to your insurer. Ask our team for an English invoice and medical report.
The clinic does not bill travel insurers directly. Bring your insurance details and keep the documents you receive after your consultation. Ask your insurer whether your policy needs anything else, since claim requirements differ. Payment at the clinic is available by cash in Indonesian Rupiah or QRIS; please check with the team if you hope to use a credit card.
