Helpful answers about getting care at Klinik Tiara.

Visiting the clinic

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in any day. Registration opens at 07:00, doctors start at 08:00, and the last registration is at 20:00.

Where are you, and how far is it from Lovina?

We are at Jl. R. Soeprapto No. 32, Seririt, North Bali. Parking is available in front of the clinic. Journey times from Lovina and Pemuteran depend on traffic; please check your route before setting off.

Do your doctors speak English?

Yes. Our doctors explain your diagnosis and treatment in English, and our WhatsApp replies are in English too.

What should I bring?

Your passport, travel insurance details and a list of any medicines you take.

Payment and insurance

How can I pay?

Cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or QRIS. Credit card acceptance is awaiting confirmation; please check with the clinic.

Can you bill my travel insurance directly?

No. You pay at the clinic and we give you an English invoice and a medical report so you can claim from your insurer.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The doctor explains the cost of any extra test or treatment before it is done. Please ask the clinic about consultation and package costs.

IV therapy

Can I just walk in and choose an IV package?

You can walk in, but a doctor assesses you first. The doctor recommends the package that suits your condition, or oral treatment if you do not need a drip.

How long does IV therapy take?

Allow time for the doctor's assessment, the drip and 30 minutes of rest. Total duration depends on your assessment and treatment; the team will advise you during your visit.

Do you offer vitamin or wellness drips?

No. Our IV packages are for medical complaints such as dehydration, stomach upsets, hangover and fever.

Can children have IV therapy?

Our IV packages are for adults aged 18 and over. Children are seen by our doctors and treated according to their condition.

Home visits and lab

Can a doctor come to my hotel or villa?

Home visits are planned to start in early 2027 and cover Seririt–Lovina (Zone 1) and Pemuteran and Banjar (Zone 2). Until then, please visit the clinic. Scheduled home nursing care is also coming soon.

How quickly do I get lab results?

Common tests such as blood count and typhoid are ready the same day. Specialised tests from our partner laboratory take about 2 days. Please confirm availability of dengue rapid tests and other pending tests before visiting.

I think I have dengue. What should I do?

Come to the clinic if you have had a fever for 2 days or more. The doctor assesses you and agrees a testing and treatment plan; dengue rapid test availability is awaiting confirmation. Avoid ibuprofen and aspirin until dengue has been ruled out.

Emergencies and medicines

What if it's an emergency?

In a life-threatening emergency, call 112 or 119, or go straight to the nearest hospital emergency department. At the clinic we provide urgent care and first stabilisation, and refer you to hospital with our partner ambulance when needed.

Where can I get my medicine?

At Apotek Tiara Medika, our partner pharmacy in the same building. Your medicine is handed to you at the counter next to the cashier.
