A first visit feels easier when you know the opening hours, what to bring and how payment works. Here is a practical guide to visiting our clinic in Seririt.
Before you leave
Bring your passport or identification, insurance details and a list of medicines you take.
You can walk in without an appointment. It helps to note when your symptoms began, any questions you want to ask and the names of medicines you use regularly. If you may need a medical report or a document for travel insurance, mention it to the team during your visit so they can explain what is available.
When to visit
Registration is open every day from 07:00 to 20:00. Doctors are available from 08:00.
Klinik Tiara is at Jl. R. Soeprapto No. 32 in Seririt, with parking in front of the clinic. After you register, a nurse checks your vital signs before you see the doctor. The doctor listens to your concerns, examines you and explains the recommended next steps. If an additional test or treatment is suggested, you can ask about its purpose and cost before proceeding.
Payment at the clinic
Pay by cash in Indonesian Rupiah or QRIS. Please ask our team about other payment options before your visit.
Credit card acceptance has not yet been confirmed, so check with the clinic before relying on a card. Travel insurance is handled as a reimbursement claim: you pay the clinic first, then submit the documents to your insurer. Ask for an English invoice and, if needed, a medical report. Your insurer can tell you which documents your policy requires.
